Refund Policy
At Thinkabee, we are committed to ensuring your child enjoys their experience with us. If you or your child are not satisfied after attending the first lesson of the program, we will be happy to find another program for your child or refund you the full amount of the program fee minus any discounts that were used.
To cancel your enrolment or reschedule to a different class, you can contact us at hello@thinkabee.com. If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email clearly indicating the cancellation or next steps associated with a registration change.
If your cancellation request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
