  • What will happen in the demo class?
    For the demo class, a representative from our team will contact you. They will ask you for some information about your child’s age and the areas you wish to work on. In the demo class, which will be for an hour, the teacher will conduct a lesson based on your preference. The purpose of the demo is for you to experience the quality of our courses and our teaching standards. Once the demo is finished, the teacher will provide feedback and suggest the course best suited for your child. The demo class is completely free.
  • What does the child need for the class?
    For the class, the child just needs - A stable internet connection A smartphone, tablet, or laptop A notebook and a pencil or pencil
  • How can I enrol for a course?
    After the demo class, once the course has been finalised and first instalment of payment is made, you can sign up on our website and click the "Request to Join" button. We will approve your request from our end and based on your preference, start your child's learning journey.
  • Will my child be able to understand if the teacher only speaks English?
    We have trained our teachers to be responsive to the child’s understanding. They are constantly able to gauge the child’s interest and understanding. If for some reason they feel like the child is finding it difficult to follow, they are trained to alter the lesson and ensure that it is suited to the child’s abilities. Furthermore, our teachers also use the Total Physical Response Method which ensures that they are not just speaking but also emoting using gestures and body language. This aids the child’s understanding and helps them retain information faster.
  • Can I have personalised classes for my child?
    Yes, absolutely! We do not believe in a one fits all model. We believe that every child is different and has different needs. Based on your child’s area of interest or skills that you would like to focus on, our program can be customized. You can talk to your child’s teacher and let them know before starting the areas you would like to improve, based on that, the teacher will alter the lessons for your child. We encourage you to talk to your teacher and find out more about how you can make the lessons best suited for your child’s requirements.
  • Will I be able to talk to the teacher?
    Every 2 weeks, the teacher will reach out to you for providing feedback and progress report. This is to talk about your child’s progress and for you to suggest any improvement. But besides this, if there is something that you wish to communicate to the teacher, you can always speak to them at the end of the class. Additionally, you can always get in touch with our customer service representatives on WhatsApp or start a chat on our website.
  • How will I receive feedback?
    Every 2 weeks, the teacher will reach out to you for providing feedback and progress report. This is to talk about your child’s progress and for you to suggest any improvement.
  • Does the parent need to be present for the class?
    For the demo lesson, we encourage the parents to be present as the purpose of the demo is for you to experience the quality of our courses and our teaching standards. However, the parent does not need to be present during any of the classes as the courses are designed in a manner in which the child is able to engage independently with the teacher.
  • If my child is 8 years old, should I enrol him in the 6 to 8 category or 8 to 10 category?
    After the demo class, the teacher will let you know which course is more suited for your child.
  • What is your payment structure?
    We accept payments in up to three instalments. Based on the duration of your course(s), our representative will let you know your payment structure. We will send you an invoice with different payment options.
  • How can I get a refund?
    Thinkabee is dedicated to ensuring that your child has a positive experience with us. If you or your kid is not satisfied with the programme after the first lesson, we will gladly arrange another programme for your child or refund the whole programme charge, minus any discounts that were applied.   • What are the different ways I can pay?
    The following payment options are available on our invoice: ​ 1. Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and financial institutions that are part of the Visa, Mastercard, & Amex Card networks; ​ 2. Visa & Mastercard Debit cards; ​ 3. Netbanking/Direct Debit payments from select banks in India. A list of available options will be made available at the time of the Purchase. 4. Payment Wallets ​ 5.   • Do I have to pay for the activity book?
    No. The activity book comes for free along with the course.
  • What does the activity book include and how do I use it?
    The activity book includes fun and engaging activities and games based on each lesson. While the exciting activies included in the activity book can be done by children themselves, it is also an opportunity for parents to engage with their children.
  • Where can I find the activity book?
    The activity book will mailed by us once you enrol for the course.
  • What does the course hand book include and when will I receive it?
    The course handbook will be mailed to you once you have enrolled for the course. It includes the following: - Course structure (lesson by lesson) - Link to find live video recordings
